Who’s Snook?
I’m a web developer and designer. I’m based in Ottawa, Canada and have been freelancing for almost 4 years.
What does your typical day look like?
One of the nice things about working from home is that my schedule is very flexible. I work when I feel I can be most productive. Sometimes that’s first thing in the morning, sometimes that’s late into the evening.
It varies but actual time spent in front of the computer could easily be half the day. I’m trying to cut back and give myself time to focus.
What are the tools you couldn’t live without?
I use Textmate mostly along with MAMP Pro for local testing along with VMWare Fusion to run Windows XP and do Internet Explorer testing.

Your personal projects and goals for 2010?
Nothing major at this point. Maybe a new book. I’m just trying to get back into really enjoying what it is that I do every day.
